By scheduling a service or using the website of Elevate Plumbing, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Estimates and Hidden Damage

We pride ourselves on providing honest, upfront pricing based on the visible plumbing issues at your property. However, plumbing systems are often hidden behind walls, under floors, or underground.

If our technicians open a wall, excavate a pipe, or begin a repair and discover hidden damage or unforeseen code violations that were not visible during the initial inspection, the original estimate is subject to change. In these situations, we will immediately pause our work, explain the newly discovered issue, and provide you with an updated price for your approval before we continue.

Payment Terms

Payment for all plumbing services, installations, and repairs is due directly upon completion of the job. Our technicians will provide you with a final invoice once the work is finished and the final walkthrough is complete. We accept standard forms of payment as outlined by our technicians on site.

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your plumbing appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can offer that time slot to another homeowner in need of assistance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the Chicagoland area.
